We will acknowledge your request within ten business days and respond within forty-five calendar days of receipt, which may be extended by an additional forty-five days where reasonably necessary. To protect your information, we must verify your identity before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission, and we may require additional verification.
