Artur Abramyan founded Abramyan Law to represent policyholders, individuals, and businesses in insurance coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, business disputes, and complex civil matters.
Clients often come to him during the most uncertain and stressful moments of their lives. A denied insurance claim, a business dispute, or the threat of litigation reaches beyond the case itself. It can put a home, a livelihood, a reputation, or a family’s stability at risk. Artur built his practice to offer thoughtful guidance, honest communication, and determined advocacy when the stakes run that high.
Artur’s insurance experience began as a claims examiner at one of the nation’s largest insurers. The work taught him early how insurance companies evaluate claims. He then spent two and a half years as a Judicial Assistant with the Los Angeles Superior Court at the historic Spring Street Courthouse, working closely with judicial officers in complex litigation and personal injury departments.
That period shaped how he practices. Most attorneys learn to write motions by writing motions. Artur learned by watching hundreds of them land in front of the person who rules on them. Few litigators get that vantage point. It taught him that effective advocacy takes more than forceful argument. It takes preparation, credibility, clarity, and an understanding of what matters to the court.
After earning his law degree, Artur spent three and a half years at one of the world’s leading insurance law firms, advising insurers on complex first- and third-party coverage matters. He then joined a boutique business litigation firm as a senior attorney, representing individuals, businesses, and policyholders.
Artur built Abramyan Law to fill an important gap. Many insurance coverage attorneys represent carriers. Many attorneys who represent individuals and businesses lack extensive coverage experience. Abramyan Law brings those two perspectives together, pairing sophisticated insurance knowledge with personal, client-focused representation.
Artur approaches each matter with patience and curiosity, taking the time to understand both the legal issues and the person or business behind them. He sits comfortably across the table from large insurers and global law firms. Having worked within that environment, he knows that a firm’s size does not determine the strength of its position. He prepares carefully, advocates confidently, and stays focused on what his client needs.
Artur never views a client’s matter as simply another case. He listens closely, communicates candidly, and makes sure his clients understand their options at every stage. Clients deserve more than strong legal representation. They deserve an attorney who is accessible, responsive, and genuinely invested in what happens to them.
Artur is fluent in English, Armenian, and Russian. Outside the practice, he boxes, hikes with his dog, and cooks. Most of all, he values time with his children and family.
